RED DEER HUNT IN FEHÉRVÁRCSURGÓ

The Fehérvárcsurgó hunting area spans about 20 kilometers east of Székesfehérvár, at the eastern foothills of the Bakony Mountains. Encompassing a total area of 5,800 hectares, approximately 29% of the territory is covered by forests. The elevation ranges between 135 and 350 meters above sea level. At the heart of the hunting grounds lies a wildlife park, originally established by the Graf Károlyi family, which now serves as a habitat for the Japanese Sika deer. Virtually all native Hungarian wildlife species can be found within this hunting area, including red deer, roe deer, mouflon, and wild boar.
