A wetland area of Karapancsa, managed by the Pandúr Forestry Department, spans 13,400 hectares and is forested with Slavonian oaks. The area extends along the left bank of the Danube River at the southern state border. Here, you can find beautiful floodplain forests with valuable oak seedlings. It's a true paradise for real hunters and nature enthusiasts. The outstanding red deer population and significant wild boar population promise hunters a successful hunt. Depending on weather conditions and group size, driven hunts for wild boar can yield up to 40 specimens, with 9-10 on open fields.
