WILD BOAR HUNT IN KÁLD

By combining the previous hunting territories of Szajk and Káld, the largest hunting area in Vas County was created, now known as the Káld Hunting Area. This impressive expanse spans a total area of 16,088 hectares, of which 9,300 hectares are covered by forests. These woodlands consist of a diverse mix of tree species, including oaks, beeches, white acacias, and maple trees. The diverse habitats and expansive forested areas contribute in a sustainable manner to the preservation of a high-quality red deer population.
